my strange job!

This job: It is unusual. It can do a woman or a man. this person only has to be careful every day from 6 am to 6 pm. this job is outside. this person also  needs an old pair of trousers and an ugly and old t-shirt and an old fashioned straw hat. this person has to care something that a lot of angry and hungry birds want to eat.               Do you  know, what is this job?                         tell me your answer!! !
